This is how the Founding Fathers envisioned America.
Small, weak Federal Government with Strong State Governments making most of the laws.
People can move to the State that matches their beliefs.
To achieve this we need the Federal Government to give up some of its power which Governments rarely do until threatened with death.

I thought this was very cool and takes a lot of guts to turn down this but a great step forward
