Alabama authorities arrest 15 people in human trafficking sting

The first arrest in the operation was Leon Johnson on Thursday on multiple charges, including attempted human trafficking, electronic solicitation of a child, and traveling to meet a child for sex.
Court documents state that Johnson, 50, of Montgomery, did knowingly solicit a minor to engage in sexual servitude as well as knowingly traveling within the state of Alabama in an attempt to engage in sexual servitude with a minor. Additionally, court records say that Johnson did knowingly communicate on an electronic device with someone he believed to be a child for sexual servitude.
He is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Center on a $500,000 bond.
Since then, 14 more people have been arrested and charged in this case.

Where is the trafficking?
And, more importantly, I will wager $100 that there is no minor involved. If anyone I trust wants to hold the money I'll Venmo it today.
This sounds like your typical entrapment sting for solicitation of a minor for sex, where a deputy pretends to be a minor. This isn't "human trafficking" and is exactly the type of expansion of the definition that I bring up over and over again as my overriding point.
