There are two streams to Wal Mart grocery delivery depending upon the area in which you live.
Wal mart employees pick and deliver your groceries.
3rd party picks and delivers your groceries.
Both groups are working hard.

Express delivery with Walmart+ is great. Husband was out of town and I got sick. Had teenage girl supplies, meds and groceries on the doorstep in about 1 hour in terrible traffic. I think there is a max 35 items, but I was glad to tip for the speedy service. Driver updated via text when the bags were dropped and was super courteous. Worth it!!
