The worst service I've ever had at a restaurant I still tipped 15 percent. And that's happened maybe once in 10 years.
Again, I'm not mad at the drivers I'm aggravated that Walmart did a bait and switch. Their whole selling point was saving money on gas etc but you're not really saving much if you tip.

If you aren't a walmart+ member, it's like $7 for them to pull groceries for you as a service fee (not the driver tip, which is separate), so you're saving that $7 every time. You're also getting the actual Walmart prices on all the groceries vs instacart where you're getting upcharged $.50-$1.50 per item before having to pay service fees and tips on that inflated total.
