No and the talent level isn’t really the problem. McMahon’s style wants to be half court, high efficiency offense with no transition game and no real bite on defense in any way. The problem is even ideally what he runs on offense isn’t going to work regardless of the talent. He doesn’t attack the middle of the floor, he forces the offense to start in low leverage spots deep into the shot clock and he doesn’t use his size enough for the style he wants. He’s a very limited mid major coach who doesn’t translate to the higher levels in any way.
