I don’t think that is what he is talking about, think he talking about hunting on land that he owns , and I fully agree a non resident should be able to hunt on land he owns without having to purchase a NR license

This is what I’m saying. I just wanna hunt my land. The rule should say non residents can hunt their land without a license. They must get a non resident license to hunt anywhere that is not their own. Same rules and regs apply as normal.
