Penix was getting a lot of buzz heading into the 2020 season. DeBoer leaving prior to the season, Covid, and injuries derailed his Indiana career.
It definitely helped his 2022 season and transition to a new team by being reunited with his old OC.

Minshew did all right in his 1 year w Leach. He went from no longer planning to play football to an NFL QB in 1 year
