We did bb gun wars. One-pump rule in effect. My dad worked at Exxon, so we always had safety glasses. Still managed to nearly put my eye out. A BB bounced off of a brick wall and hit my eye lid.

My daily routine was:
School
Football practice
Basketball for hours
Home for dinner
Maybe do my homework
Shower
Bed

During the summer, you could throw in some hide-and-go-seek that covered about ten yards. Mostly played at night.
