I don't know much about the construction quality in there. Since it's built after 1995 I'm going to assume it's not very good. The houses look far nicer than everything else around it though, including the one with the sign out front.

They have a nice looking Y and a park in there. But at this stage in life, I'm not really interested in the smaller lots though. That's probably more appealing for older people that drive around in golf carts. I lived in an area like that when we were in Chicago. The lack of privacy and space eventually drove me crazy, but I liked that I didn't have to shovel much snow or do any lawn maintenance.

Is that the same developer that did Willow Grove in Baton Rouge? It looks very similar.
