Honestly that piece of land makes a lot more sense to me as an Industrialplex type of development with distribution centers and light manufacturing. There is a real shortage of flex/distribution space in the Baton Rouge metro area. That development they started off Industrial Drive in Geismar has filed up extremely quickly. There is a lot of demand for that in the Baton Rouge area.

Would make sense to me considering it is within spitting distance of BTR, meaning easy access to air freight and reasonable distance from river shipping.
