When 5 % of your league is getting arrested for the crimes you mentioned, simply calling a player a thug isn't inherently racist.
Calling Von Miller a thug 5 years ago would have been deemed out of line, but recent events deem it a reasonable description.
Calling a millionaire a thug because of his or her actions isn't racist. It's only racist in the eyes of those that choose to make it so.

Then post a graph showing the percentage of NFL players arrested was 2.5%. And this 2.5% does not differentiate for type of arrest. They probably have just as many DUIs a year as they do violent crimes.
