Yes they can beat them. I predict they are going to beat them. This will be a game where while I will not root for Bama, I can't pull for Michigan so I will just sit back and watch.
Michigan is too 1 dimensional on offense to beat Bama in my view. I don't think Washington is good enough defensively.
Texas is the only team that has an elite enough offense (Run and pass) with elite QB, RB, WR, TE an 2 deep on DL to match Bama. The other team that could do that was UGA who Bama beat yesterday 27-24. Total yards where like 320 UGA to 315 Bama, Turnover and missed FG difference n the game. In a game with evenly matched talent, those 2 plays were the difference.

Don’t forget the 4th down play in 1H where the cheating refs didn’t review the pass that was clearly incomplete.
Added 7 unearned points to Bama in a 3 point win
