It was not. The yellow was bright yellow, not the color of the French vanilla. We never saw the French vanilla here in the Baton Rouge area until the one Barq's consolidated with the other one. They dropped the Yellow, and kept the red and French vanilla.

From the time I first drank it until they discontinued it, the yellow was my favorite soda. After church every week, we'd go to the local country store to get a newspaper, and I got one as treat, from when I was very young

One thing I know is the yellow cream.
