So… killing random civilians at a bus stop is OK but hitting selected Hamas leadership with targeted kills is genocide?

The Palestinians are not Hamas.
Hamas came to power through deception and filling a vacuum in 2003. Most Palestinians are decent, ordinary people in a truly fricked up situation.
They have little or no recourse, and are victimized by Hamas.
