I’m still wondering how you missed the point that the allegation is not that heart disease is a leading cause of death, but that the incidence has gone up significantly and is tied to Covid shots, specifically
I don't think this is true though. Billions of people took these shots. If even a fraction of what OP's tweet said was true, you'd have millions of people dropping dead.

So, your personal observation is the standard? You didn’t “see” millions dropping dead?
It’s not that difficult. Show the same damn chart between 2018/2019 and 2021/2022. If this fear is true, you should see a statistical increase.
It wouldn’t have to be massive in the 1-2 year mark for there to be a huge number dying young over the course of an otherwise normal life span.
In other words the allegation is increased heart disease. Those deaths won’t all happen in year 1, but you would expect to see some impact.
Suppose there is only (only! ) 50,000 additional deaths in year 1, that would be huge over the next couple of decades. That would be true if there were only 10,000 additional deaths in one year.
I don’t think you would be able to “see it” , unless the data is kept honestly and then analyzed properly. Unfortunately, those are 2 big if’s that we can’t truly count on, based on the demonstrated actions of the CDC and health care system in its dealings with Covid thus far.
