Really dialed it back 6 months ago when the doc told me my liver enzymes were a little high.
I’m 37. Started drinking at 16.
Have only drank once since October 1.
Lost about 10 lbs so far. I’m more focused at work and more present for my family.
I’m not saying I’ll never have another drink but I’ll never go back to having a few drinks every night.
