And I AGREE COMPLETELY.
I've always said that if you accept welfare benefits, you must be subject to whichever procedure is safest and most successful in making future pregnancy impossible (with a surgical reversal available when you come off AND STAY OFF the dole for a set time period).
If you don't want to undergo the procedure, then simply don't accept benefits. It would take 1-2 generations, but a HUGE MAJORITY of our societal ills would be eliminated with this policy.
