Been there. In darkness you always seem lost and wandering aimlessly. But you are never alone. Life is precious and people do care. It's just you can't see it right now. Continue therapy, but do simple things like get a dog. Go for walks. Go to church. Support groups. Volunteer. This all helped me

We're all in darkness. We're spiritual people navigating an artificial, superficial existence that runs counter to our innate programming, which causes confusion and anxiety.
Its all fake and phony, when you realize the absurdity of it all, you stop worrying so much and find things that fulfill you.
