I’m sure most of you feel this is done more by women than men bc your experiences have mostly been in relationships with women. However, I can tell you from my experiences that men very often do the same in relationships, usually due to some insecurity. It may be an insecurity in the relationship wondering if she’s willing to be monogamous, an insecurity in their own feelings wondering if they want to move forward in a relationship or an insecurity in themselves that they are capable of being in a monogamous relationship with any woman. Men seem to react to all of these questions by creating issues and, thus, arguments. It’s likely not for the same reasons as women but they can be just as guilty of this as women. Men just call it sabotage but it’s the same thing.
