I am not stating any facts about her case. This was a theoretical exercise I was setting up to better understand this dudes logic. Hence why I said “under the premise”.

The fact is: there is an allegation out there that the girl is underage. What that means? Time will tell. But we’ve evolved into a discussion on “well is that ok or not if she is under age”. Hence my questions
