Agree that there’s clearly a difference in a dude fondling little pre-pubescent girls and a 16 year old.
But to say that that’s not considered pedophilia as matter of factly as you did is not correct. It’s 100% against the law and rubs against our cultural norm.

No, you are incorrect here. It is 100% not against the law. And the laws are written based on our cultural norms. In fact, many of our grandmothers were married and pregnant by the time they were 17.
And you cannot stretch the term pedophilia to fit every situation that you dont 100% agree with. Thats what people have done with the term racism. Not everything is pedophilia and when you try to paint it that way it does a disservice to efforts to fight against real pedophilia.
