Oswald acting completely alone, planing, it, shooting it, etc. is a conspiracy, no?
They made the definition requiring more than one party.
Why is planning and acting alone not be conspiring to commit a crime?

a conspiracy by definition has to include more than one person.

it's just called planning.
planning with others is conspiring.
kinda like if one guy beats you up, you didn't get "jumped". but if a group of people did it, then you did get "jumped"
