I don't know anything about this guy...whats his deal?

And all I know about the Orange is that they beat Notre Dame, but then again, so could my high school.

He was the DC at Texas before taking the Syracuse job, but that's all I remember.

Well it's linked on the reveille front page so I'm sure yall can find it.

I haven't heard him mentioned before as a candidate, or have I just been living under a rock?

Even in the event that he didn't, there's really no reason for you to be a dick about it.

Also, I apologize for totally forgetting his name. I've been reading that stickied post all week, and now I'm kind of embarrassed Sorry yall.

I'm excited. This, combined with the AMAZING article on Shep, makes me look forward to next year.

Why are we going after a coach that was fired from another school? I was started to get excited about the prospect of the Koenning/Orgeron combo on the LSU sideline next season.

He was the DC for the Broncos' two Super Bowl winning teams. He was also DC for the KC Chiefs for a while.

We are not looking at him for Head Coach.

Both guys have been fired (Koenning at Wyoming and O at Ole Miss) in the past few years, ftw.

Yep, he was the only DC during Elway's tenure at Denver that gave him a chance to finally win a SB. And he won 2 back to back.

The guy is a really good DC.

He could help the continued raping of Tx talent, IMO.

A DC for 2 SB winning teams and a NC team.

He might not be a recruiter but with Miles/Orgeron/Peveto/Crowton we don't need one.
