Does he himself feel like he has PTSD? Can he articulate that himself?
Short term he should find a psychiatrist that will prescribe Zoloft. He likely has anxiety and depression that would lend itself to a diagnosis but Zoloft is indicated for PTSD.
Longer term he should look for MDMA therapy, edmr therapy & CBT group therapy for PTSD.
How's he coping with it now? If he's not, anything like a alcoholics anonymous, narcotics anonymous, sex/porn anonymous, etc might be the fastest solution since he could go to any meetings right away.
But if he doesn't feel like he needs it, that is another story.
