re: How To Handle Dogs While Hunting

Some years ago there was a guy up the road with a pack of mixed beagle dogs that were constantly running deer and coyotes all over my and my neighbors property.I was mad enough to shoot them(I hate to shoot a dog) but I never got a chance,

All of a sudden they disappeared.Asked the neighbor about them,he said he wired Conibear beaver traps to trees knee high with scraps of meat for bait.Eliminated the whole pack.

I wasn’t sad about it.
