They got me on my way to an LSU game early at 5am in the morning. Didn't see the speed limit reduction and popped me for exactly 10mph over. It's definitely an operation. Officer was sitting in a parking lot built exactly for that reason. Con artists

They probably have an agreement with the casino to leave the busses alone.
