Repatha is current drug I take which is a miracle worker
It really is an amazing drug. Targets PCSK9 as well, without the statin side effects.

quote:1:250 to be accurate. So this drug would only be for .3% of the population. Repatha does drop ldl into the teens, but investors were disappointed to learn that the reduction in mace was not linear, suggesting that under a certain point, there is no benefit and reducing LDL. Thomas Dayspring is the only person people need to listen to on cholesterol advice. Statin data can show a modest reduction in mace, but the idea is if you can do 10 of these things you can make a big difference in your health. It looks like the new weight loss drugs,GLP-1 are just as effective in reducing mace, and they’re finding benefit without weight loss, suggesting there is something intrinsically beneficial about the drug, and not just weight loss.
A lot of people have this
The benefit in a statin pales in comparison to the benefit of being less than 20% body, fat, walking 10,000 steps a day, zone 2 140 minutes a week, zone 4 10 minutes a week. In that order. After that you can worry about macros.
