Funny I was having my physical yesterday and my ldl is borderline high at 115 and he was telling me about these. Said it won’t be available for 5 more years or so

I’m fascinated with cholesterol after reading Peter Attias new book.

Also Rogan had a guy on Monday that is against statins and looks more at HDL and Triglycerides more than LDL.

My triglycerides are 56 so that’s what’s stopping me from going on a statin.

Yes. Solely looking at LDL is erroneous and the war on cholesterol and fat standing alone has also been wrong. The govt push for hi carbs and low fat has lead to more heart disease. Sugar is the killer here. Not the fat

My cholesterol levels went down when I gave up eating chicken wings. I used to easily eat 12-15 wings. Way too much food for me nowadays.

A place like Hooters and Buffalo Wild Wings has too many calories.

What

115 isn't borderline high or even remotely high.

Anything below I believe 129 is considered within optimal range for LDL

looks more at HDL and Triglycerides mode than LDL.

Anyone who has been keeping up with the newest research knows this is more important than LDL numbers.
