Firing someone, or removing someone from a job over something they said would be canceling.
Boycotting =/= cancel.
Then explain how Nick Sandmann, an unemployed college student, was "cancelled" as claimed during the Republican National Convention in 2020.
Trying to change what terms mean after the bud light stuff is just your way of coping with it.
Just admit you are part of cancel culture, meaning (as defined by Merriam-Webster's dictionary) the practice or tendency of engaging in mass canceling (see CANCEL entry 1 sense 1e (1e
: to withdraw one's support for (someone, such as a celebrity, or something, such as a company) publicly and especially on social media)) as a way of expressing disapproval and exerting social pressure.
And then move on with your life. If you can't be honest with yourself now that you know the definition of canceling, then maybe you should do some soul searching.

no, canceled means something very different than boycott.
If I try to get you banned, its cancelling. If I dont reply to your posts, its boycotting.
Not purchasing products =/= cancel.

I see you've abandoned the definition you originally posted after I pointed out that canceling includes de-platforming and the removal of power.
