So it makes sense to you that this staff, who has their players using wearables to monitor their sleep, their speed, how many calories they consume, their heart rates, body temp, their recovery from
the previous practice or game, at a school that has sunk $10s of millions into their Football Ops building (part of which included installing—at every player’s locker—the napping moon pods patented by the man in the OPs very article), an athletic department that has a renowned chef and his staff under their employ and at the football team’s disposal, who purchased/secured hundreds of air-conditioning helmets the
staff implemented to help their players battle the Louisiana summer’s scorching heat and humidity to ensure they were still able to have the most efficient practices possible, whose starting QB came into the Ops building so early every morning they had to change its entire protocol to get in and out of the thing, who all make a ton of money and, I’m just guessing here, would like to continue doing so and, maybe, one day, even more…had a state of the art virtual reality practicing screen right there IN the building the whole time, that just sat off in a darkened corner as everybody walked by it every day, simply refusing to even acknowledge its very existence until the 6th week of the season? That? That—makes sense to you?


Sorry, got a little carried away there. There was probably just something wrong with the software. Or they just needed to turn it off and then back on again. I’m not sure what it was preventing Daniels from using until MSU week, but I just don’t buy he was ever like “Nah, fam, Im good.”
