I don't think cohabitation is mentioned in the bible. Sex before marriage is. If you had premarital sex with your wife but didn't live together, you're in the same boat with the rest of the sinners who did both. Not to mention, the Bible defines marriage far differently than the ceremony and contract we have to memorialize the promise now.
