I've taking boron for two weeks now. The last few workouts have seemed easier, and I've been getting through them a lot quicker.
I wake up with a boner that could knock a hole in drywall.

I've been taking it for about a week now and felt the exact same. However, it could all be in my head.
As far as the morning side effect, my wife definitely noticed that one.
