Good luck w/ your suppressor search. Like a lot of guys have said, do your independent research. I can't emphasize this too much. I didn't do this w/ my first 30 caliber suppressor; i just went to the local dealer told him needs (something to put on 16" barrel handguns, including 22 Nosler and 284 Winchester to begin w/) and bought what he recommended, a SilencerCo 300 Harvester. It's a nice suppressor, but once I started looking at it's specs, I found out it really didn't meet the standards necessary for the handguns I wanted to use it on. I still run it on 20 VarTarg, 223 Rem Improved and 22 Nosler (not much), but I bought a second 30 cal suppressor that DOES meet my needs, a Dead Air Nomad. I bought it from Silencer Shop and had it delivered to the same local dealer. It's amazing how much it suppresses the 284 Win in a 16" barrel. You're going to get a lot of different recs from us on the OB (after all, who doesn't like their suppressor) so you'll have to decide YOUR personal specs for YOUR suppressor. If you buy from a local dealer, be sure you're not just getting something in stock that he needs to move. I bet there'll be some nice suppressor sales on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Keep us updated.
