I would ask this person what their definition of that word is, then expound upon them the actual meaning of the word and how hilariously out-of-context they articulated it.

But it wouldn't do any good. You can't have civil discourse with people that will openly profess that they want you imprisoned or killed, or both, just because they can't look in a mirror to see what true fascism looks like.
