I think I heard they will control all revenues I don’t know when that starts.

This is my understanding as well. Which means that when all of the revenue from the bowls comes in this year, they can chose how to distribute. Also basketball tournaments and remaining dollars on TV contracts. It also means any media rights for historical things from the PAC/10/12 remain and controlled by the board.
Clearly if they deviate from what was already agreed to (I.e. they change the by-laws) they could get sued, but it will be an interesting legal discussion.

Obviously this is at the heart of the dispute, but can OSU/WSU essentially take this years revenue that would have gone to all of the members and split it by 2 with this ruling?
