Agree. The government is like “We will harshly punish all crimes including nonviolent, but in the buildings we control we will allow rape and assault.” It’s extreme hypocrisy and it makes the government complicit in violent crimes.

We as a society know it occurs, joke about it, tacitly approve of it, and it is done on our behalf…we are complicit as well.
