If you win a parlay at Caesars Las Vegas after you’ve left town, can you collect at another Caesars location, say, the one in New Orleans. Thanks ??

You can mail the ticket to Caesars and they will mail you a check.

No. You have to collect at said location.
Mainly because each state and locality has its own laws etc.
