My company is so fricking cheap that they cap us at 18%. I usually end up throwing a few bucks in cash out on top. I don’t like feeling like a cheap arse when I get good service.

One company I resell is ran by Australians. When they would expense meal for customers, they wouldn’t cover the tip because it’s not their culture.

Some sales people would take out large groups of customers and leave a 20% tip and then have to pay out of pocket.
