So you believe a federal court demanding a state provide more representation than what the actual 2020 census population demographics is not an infrindgement on the separation of powers?

No, you suggested the la legis should tell the courts to pound sand. Disregarding a ruling on a federal court of appeals would in fact be disregarding the separation of powers. Do you suggest the Alabama legislature ignore the ruling of the Supreme Court of the US in their case?
