Creating a district based on race sounds illegal. Race should not be a determining factor in anything.

If anyone would like to file suit in regards to this, i would be in favor of said lawsuit.

That’s what the judge’s ruling means. The judge is saying, correctly, that Republicans drew maps with race in mind to stick as many black voters as possible in some districts so that they can elect fewer Democrats. And that’s exactly what happened.
That, and the opposite of that, are what Republicans and Democrats have been doing for years.
