Here are your options from free to expensive.
Free
1. Create a Google Form with the information you would like to capture and report on Customer Info LINK
2. This will create a backend excel document of your form data (which you can search within)
3. Create a Google Looker report with your excel customer data LINK
Out the Box Software
1. Google CRM (customer relationship management) systems, there are tons of options.
Custom software
1. Pay a freelance software developer to make you some custom solution.
If you still want to pursue an expensive custom build, provide your email and I can put you in touch with someone.
