If I am paying $600 for my 90 minute flight I want that fricking water and cookie.
FWIW, there is a trend now for FA's to announce "the pilot has suspended service due to expected turbulence..." and then there will be the smoothest flight of all time. I talked to a friend who has been a FA for 25 years and she confirmed that this is an excuse they use on short flights to avoid doing service. Lazy fricks.
