My Bosch dishwasher didn’t last 2 years before the wheels fell off of the basket and the top sprayer fell. I think people feel good paying top dollar for appliances that are no better than most others. I have a Samsung freezer that is less than 5 years old making snow in my freezer. It’s fulfilled with snow ice. I will call a repairman, but have an outdoor so no rush. And it still freezes things, but shouldn’t be producing snow all in my freezer.

You have a sealing issue. Make sure yours doors and drawers close completely. The bottom freezer door got off tracks.
