Not nearly enough, but his failure to lead effectively doesn't magically make him not the leader of the Republican party.
And it's f'n weird this is even a point of contention. Trump OnlyFans bristle at the idea that Trump is the leader of the party he has dominated for nearly a decade. I wonder why.

This is what happens when you paint people as nothing but the caricature you think they are. There's probably a projection component to it, if I had to guess.
