I said, I don't think there is ONE you can point to. Trump holds sway with a large faction of the voters. There's obviously a lot of pushing and tugging going on in the DC apparatus, though, such that I couldn't definitively say he's the "leader" there.

The fact there are factions within the GOP battling each other does not discount the reality of Trump being the leader of the party.
Instead, it shows him to be a poor leader.
