Yeah I've had YouTube Red since the OG days. Grandfathered in with music still and use background playback daily.
Cracks me up people will pay $15/mo for Hulu or Netflix but not for YouTube when they use it more and it's got better content.

They'll eventually find a way to force free + ads or pay + no ads.
