You mean the US Constitution, which spells out "inalienable rights" that the Declaration of Independence ascribes directly to a Creator?
Or do you mean the 50 state constitutions, every one of which mentions either God or the Divine?
The "One Nation Under God" United States? That writes "In God We Trust" on its currency?
Boy, you're even dumber than I thought you were.
I get it that the false narrative is very popular these days that the west was not founded upon Judaeo-Christian values, just like the false narrative of "Palestine."
But if you're going to deny that the west was founded upon those values, surely you can tell me what values was it founded upon instead? Greek values?
So all of those mentions of God are about Zeus?
Are Jews and Christians the only religion with a God? Do you not believe in freedom of religion? Does it say anything about Jesus anywhere in the Constitution?
quote:
The text of the U.S. Constitution makes no mention of God, Jesus Christ, or Christianity. In fact, it bends over backwards to establish freedom of religion and the separation of church and state. This is the main reason today America is probably the most diverse country in the world. It has people from some 15 races, from every religion on the planet, who speak more than 350 languages.
quote:
These are the men that fought for religious freedom and the separation of church and state. In fact, God, Jesus Christ, and Christianity are not stated once in all of the Constitution, and it is clearly done so on purpose.
The Constitution even bars all laws from “respecting an establishment of religion,” while also protecting “the free exercise thereof.”
The U.S. Constitution Doesn’t Establish A Christian Nation

No, so are you claiming Zeus, then? If not, who is the God that is being referred to?
Shall I tell you?
I think I'll wait for one more entertaining response first.

So in other words you are re-posting what I said in my original reply to you (go back and read it again, since you obviously need to).

Yeah...the Founders fought to create this nation to build its foundation on a hodge podge of the world religions.
But hey Washington had no clue what he was talking about when he prayed over this nation for this first time as President at his inauguration...
