Nope.
Free speech, democracy, women's rights, a Bill of Rights protecting citizens from government tyranny, all that and more were direct conclusions from traditional Judaeo-Christian values.
There is a reason that those things exist to whatever degree they exist in the Western world and not in the far East or Middle East. Those societies were not founded upon traditional Judaeo-Christian values.
BTW, being founded upon traditional Judaeo-Christian values doesn't mean you are a Christian or Jewish nation with a national religion. It just means that the values you embraced as a country were derived from that culture. It doesn't require a belief in those deities.
You don't know very much about history, do you?
