Time to go back to WW2 times. In this case it is justified, then it was not.
Most of the Palestinian violent types are not even citizens. The alleged FBI very likely knows who they all are. Round them up and throw them into camps.
Process them, and send them back to whence they came. Get them gone.
This is the way to deal with all the illegals. If they have anchor babies too bad, they go regardless. If the families are separated it is by their choice, not ours because they will have abandoned them.
Round them up, into camps. Process them, and ship them OUT. Seal off the border and end that charade.
We don't have to go after the cartels we can end them easy enough. Finish the wall. Patrol aggressively use whoever we need and anyone crossing anywhere but a point of entry gets 20 years in a Supermax.
Busted smuggling drugs or weapons? Aiding and abetting same? Life or the death penalty. We can starve the Juans out.
