The order allegedly wouldn't go into effect until tomorrow (if officially granted after midnight tonight).
Since that would fall on a Saturday, hypothetically the court wouldn't have to have a hearing until the following Monday.
B1G reportedly can try to get the jurisdiction moved to Federal Court, likely, the Illinois' Northern District.

That’s not how TROs work. They go into affect immediately. The judge typically writes the time he signed it on the order.
